Adrian Mercer founded Atelier Vale after two decades of experience guiding sophisticated residential and hospitality builds across Northern California. He believes the most enduring buildings are the result of careful listening, an exacting eye and a team that genuinely enjoys working together.
Having begun his career in hands-on construction before moving into project leadership, Adrian brings an uncommon understanding of what exceptional architecture demands in the field. Today, he remains closely involved in design coordination, planning and construction milestones across every Atelier Vale project.
His approach is direct and collaborative: be honest early, respect the craft and create the conditions for everyone to do their best work.
